I prefer to do all design, installation and programming work myself to ensure you receive the highest quality products and workmanship possible. When you ask me to help you with your home entertainment project, here's what I promise will do for you ...

1. I will come to your home when it is convenient for you to meet, day or night.

2. I will listen to you and learn what your dreams and wishes are.

3. I will answer your questions and offer creative design ideas.

4. I will help you pick equipment that is best suited to your lifestyle and budget.

5. I will prepare a "fixed-price" bid for your project.

6. I will order your new equipment directly from manufacturers and distributors.

7. I will save you up to 10% OFF of retail equipment prices.

8. I will provide a design guide for your cabinet maker.

9. I will provide a design guide for your landscaper for outdoor sound systems.

10. I will show up for all of our appointments precisely "on time".

11. I will return your calls promptly.

12. I will treat you with courtesy and respect at all times.

13. I will cover all work areas in your home with protective blanketing.

14. I will clean your attic access hatch to remove all dirt and finger prints.

15. I will replace any attic insulation that I must disturb.

16. I will program and test your system until it is perfect.

17. I will give you "easy to understand" system operating instructions.

18. I will return once or twice at no charge if you need further instructions.

19. I will warranty my installation work for a period of 3 years.

20. I will warranty all my audio products for a period of 3 years.
